WHAT IS MEANING-CENTERED COACHING?

Meaning-Centered Coaching is a service in which you and your Coach work together to achieve your goals. As your Coach, I will guide you through the process of uncovering your current values, motivations and goals. Meaning Centered Coaching is based on the meaning-making principles created by Dr. Viktor Frankl, author of Man’s Search for Meaning.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM SESSIONS?

Through this unique and effective approach, you will be given specific questions I call Thought Assignments, to gain clarity about your current values, identity and goals. From our discussions, you will develop a clear path to living a more meaningful life and create a plan to pursue both your short-term and long-term goals.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MEANING CENTERED COACHING IS RIGHT FOR ME?

The primary focus of Meaning Centered Coaching is helping you achieve your goals. It is a present-based modality, focusing on what currently can be changed or achieved within any set of limitations in order to ensure more rewarding goals moving forward.

WHAT IS THE FEE AND PAYMENT PROCESS?

Payments are made through the PayPal portal located on this site. Session fee is $80.00 and must be made prior to meeting.

Fee includes our weekly 45-minute discussions, my review of the Thought Assignments and any research and information I provide to assist you with your goal plans.
